Changes in this release:
Enhancements to the Mac Client app:- You can now select any combination of shares or servers to search at one time
- Added the ability to view and re-issue recent searches
- Added the ability to save searches (including the selected shares and advanced query parameters) so that they can be quickly issued again in the future
- Added the ability to view a history of the files and folders you have opened and quickly re-open them
- Added the ability to bookmark files and folders for convenient future access
- The file shares that have been mounted for access on your Mac are now displayed in the client, with an option to eject / unmount these shares
- The previous state of the “Contains” or “Begins with” search option will be remembered between restarts of the app
- Added a feature that enables automatic mirroring the SMB shares on network reshare servers as individual AFP volumes. This feature requires that network reshare is enabled and must be enabled with a registry key setting. Network reshare requires a subscription / enterprise license.
- Added a per-volume setting to allow enabling or disabling the continuous indexing option for Acronis Content Indexing. If the file system or server where a volume resides does not support continuous indexing, this setting will be disabled in the search settings window.
- Acronis Content Indexing of files on volumes using Windows data deduplication is now supported
- Improved the performance of adding Finder tags to files and folders
